As we moor in the inner harbor, a unique sight awaits - donkeys standing proudly along the waterfront. These gentle creatures are a part of Hydra's identity, serving as the island's primary mode of transportation. Our tour to the amphitheater starts at sunrise so we are the first to get in with the silence of just the wind and the cats.
