Itinerary
Day 1 // Aegina
We look forward to welcoming you aboard at the marina at 10 am to get everyone settled. Once we are all aboard we will set sail for the Island of Aegina. After a delicious lunch on board, we will head to shore for an island tour full of history, island flavors, and ancient history. We visit the Temple of Aphea, eat all things made from pistachio, visit the church of Saint Nectarios, and learn about many ancient traditions and historical facts. After a full afternoon on shore, we sail into the sunset to a nearby private cove.
Day 2 // Poros
With a leisurely morning and a great breakfast, we enjoy the refreshing experience of swimming in the Mediterranean Sea in a beautiful cove before setting sail for the island of Poros. Poros offers stunning views, beautiful winding streets, and one of our favorite meals ashore of the week at Apagio Family Tavern. This will be a day for the books!
Day 3 // Sailing off the map
After an evening and morning moored off the boardwalk in Poros, we set sail for a natural harbor to swim, hike, and enjoy the quiet of our anchorage and the meals cooked by our wonderful chef Charli.
Day 4 // Hydra
The Island of Hydra has much to offer both in its port as well as its many scenic coves. After 24 hours of exploring the natural harbors of the island, we will head for the port of Hydra. In many ways, this is the crown jewel of the Saronic Islands. Purely mooring in the harbor is an experience that you will never forget let alone the wonderful clock tower and winding streets and donkeys. Our evening is spent at a wonderful restaurant followed up by fresh donuts overlooking the harbor.
Day 5 // Epidavrous
Making our way back toward the Island of Aegina and then heading toward the mainland outside of the port of Epidavrous puts us in close proximity for our morning adventure the following day at the Amphitheater. Along the way, we enjoy lunch in a small cove, and a snorkel above the sunken city of Epidavrous.
Day 6 // Athens
As we wake up on day 6, just before sunrise, we set off for our exploration of the ancient amphitheater; Being first through the gates allows us to stay ahead of the crowds and for a unique experience visiting this remarkable historical site. Return to the boat for brunch we will set sail for Athens, stopping for lunch and a swim before returning to port by 6 pm for our final dinner out to celebrate a successful trip.
Day 7 // Athens
Saturday morning we’ll enjoy pastries and coffee before bidding you well on your next adventure. We’ll offload the boat by 9 am.
